Earth Adventure Camp Registration

To register for an Earth Adventure Camp, please complete our online registration form below.

Registration forms may be completed and then emailed to clare@coastalaction.org or dropped off at the Coastal Action office at least two weeks before camp begins. We require payment before we can confirm your spot, which may be completed online via Square, or by following the instructions at the bottom of the registration form.

Ages: 12-14
Dates: July 2-6, with an overnight camping experience Friday to Saturday

Pirates’ Cove
Ages: 6-8
Dates: July 15-19
Time: 9am - 4pm
Cost: $145 (HST incl.)

We’re bringing back one of our favourite camps in 2019: Pirates’ Cove! What do Pirates do when they uncover a mysterious map of islands and coves? Join our merry band of buccaneers as we explore this strange new world, discover its natural treasures, and find out what it takes to be a modern-day, earth-friendly pirate!  

Wild Adventurers
Ages: 9-11
Dates: July 29-Aug 2, with an overnight camping experience Thursday to Friday
Time: 9am-4pm (pick up at 12pm on Friday)
Cost: $165 (HST incl.)

Enjoy an action-packed week of exploration and discovery at the Morton Centre! Each day we will learn skills from wild animals about how to live in harmony with the natural world. We'll put our skills to the test when we build and sleep in our own forest shelters. Come release the wild adventurer in you!

​Trailblazers
Ages: 9-11

Dates: Aug 12-16, with an overnight camping experience Thursday to Friday
Time: 9am-4pm (pick up at 12pm on Friday)
Cost: $165 (HST incl.)

Do you have what it takes to explore and survive in the wilderness? Find out during our Trailblazers Camp, where you will explore the forest, learn wilderness skills, and develop an understanding of your impact on the world around you. We'll put our skills to the test on the last day of camp when we build and sleep in our own forest shelters.

    Carpooling (optional)

    Coastal Action encourages you to consider carpooling to and from the Morton Centre, as a way of reducing the impact of fossil fuels on the environment. If you indicate an interest in carpooling, we will contact you to discuss details further. Please check yes or no to the following statements.

    Medical Statement & Informed Consent (Required)

    Coastal Action programs involve a variety of activities that often include, but are no limited to, co-operative games, group initiatives, and physical adventure activities that take place outdoors in rugged environments.

    I am aware of the inherent risks of these activities (including, but not limited to, the potential for insect bites, sunburn, scrapes and bruises) and agree that no Coastal Action staff members will be held liable for any injury to my child, or for the loss or damage of my child's personal property unless such injury, loss, or damage was caused by the sole negligence of Coastal Action / Acadia University.

    In case of emergency or illness, every effort will be made to contact the parents/guardians. In the event that contact cannot be made, I give permission for Coastal Action staff members to provide First Aid Treatment and give permission for qualified emergency response personnel to provide care to my child.

    Due to non-recoverable costs, registration cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice includes a 50% non-refundable deposit. Given two weeks' notice (prior to program start date), we will refund the full registration cost.

    Coastal Action reserves the right to cancel the program due to lack of funds, number of registrants, or any other reason at their discretion, and, upon doing so, will refund the registration fee.

    Coastal Action reserves the right to refuse participation to any participant for rule infractions.
    I understand that I may ask questions or request further explanation or information about the program at any time before, during, or after the program. I have read, understand, and agree to the above consents.

    Photo Consent (Optional)

    I hereby give permission for Acadia University and/or Coastal Action to use photographic or video-graphic digital images of my minor child. I grant Acadia University and Coastal Action the right to publish photographic images and/or video footage on either or both entities websites and permit the use of photographic images and/or video footage in any media produced by or on behalf of Acadia and/or Coastal Action. I waive any right that I may inspect or approve the finished product that may include the use of photographic, digital, or video images of my child. I understand that my child's name will not be used in connection with his.her image.

    *SIBLING DISCOUNT*
    Receive a $50 discount when registering a second child from the same family for the same camp.
    *REFUND POLICY*
    • Cancel your registration before June 1st, 2019 and all fees besides the deposit ($40) will be refunded.
    • After June 1st, 2019, all fees are non-refundable
    There are no refunds for participants that discontinue camp. In extenuating circumstances – such as, illness, injury, or a family emergency – credit may be given for the following season.
