NS Youth Conservation Corps Positions Open

Hired Coastal Action Youth Conservation Corps performing in-stream restoration work in 2014.

Bluenose Coastal Action Foundation has once again partnered with the Nova Scotia Youth Conservation Corps program to hire two students for the months of July and August 2016 to work on various projects within the LaHave River and Petite Riviere watersheds (e.g., water quality monitoring, fish habitat restoration projects, riparian restoration, etc.) as well as a third student to help out with the delivery of our Morton Centre Environmental Education Programs.  The NSYCC program is delivered through The Clean Foundation and provides summer job opportunities for students looking for environmental work experiences.
