age limits

My child is 5 years old. Are they able to attend one of the camps for ages 6-8?
We accept 5-year-olds who have completed primary and/or will be turning 6 by the end of the calendar year! Unfortunately, we will not accept younger participants at this time.
My child’s birthday is in the fall. What age group should I register them for?
You can register your child for a camp for their current age, or for the age they will be at the end of the calendar year. An 8-year-old turning 9 in the fall could register for a camp for ages 6-8 or 9-12 (or both!).
I have children who are 8 and 9. Is it possible for them to attend the same week of camp?
Yes! You can register them for a camp for ages 6-8 or ages 9-12. Please consider their maturity levels when deciding which camp is most appropriate.
  • We will allow a child who is one (1) year outside the cut-off to attend with their sibling. E.g., If you have children who are 6 and 9, they can both register for the camp for ages 6-8. Children who are 8 and 12 can both register for the camp for ages 9-12. Unfortunately, if the age range is any wider, they will have to register for different programs.
My teen is 15 or older. Will there be any programs for them?
Yes! We will be running our Junior Leader Program for ages 12+. Stay tuned for more information! You can email [email protected] to be added to our email list and we will contact you once more details become available!

Aged out of the day camps but not interested in being a Junior Leader? Email
[email protected]. If there's enough interested, we may be able to offer a program for older teens.

registration

Can I register my child for two weeks of the same program?
Unfortunately, no. We will be running the exact same program both weeks and our camps are filled with mysterious notes, enchanting storylines, and magical surprises. If a camper attended the second week, they would already know what’s going to happen and how the story will end, which wouldn’t be much fun for them and could spoil the surprises for the other participants.
Do you have to register online or are there other options?
If you are unable to register online, please contact us and we can make alternate arrangements. However, if you are able to register online, we recommend that you do so as that is the easiest (and fastest) way to secure a spot. Offline registration may not be available the day registration opens.
I am busy/unable to access the internet when registration opens, and I’ve heard the programs fill up fast. Is there any way I can register my child early?
Unfortunately, no. You can ask a family member or friend to register your child for you.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the start of the program, all fees will be refunded, except for the $40 admin fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the program and we CAN fill your spot, all fees will be refunded, except for the $40 admin fee. All fees are non-refundable if you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the program and we CANNOT fill your spot.

There are no refunds for participants that discontinue camp. In extenuating circumstances – such as illness, injury, or a family emergency – credit may be given for another camp or a refund may be provided.
