Coastal Action works in several watersheds across southern Nova Scotia. Each watershed is unique, based on its land-use and geology, and therefore restoration plans are site-specific. Restorations focus on improving fish habitat, from removing barriers and invasive species, to re-establishing the natural meander of streams and establishing riparian zones.
